.pdf to Excel Convertor not working - "No Internet Connection

    I purchased acrobat reader with the intention of converting a .pdf to an excel file.

When I go to do this in reader (once I have opened a .pdf) it wont allow me to, stating no internet connection.

If I try to do it online (going to https://documents.adobe.com/​) once I click on the "export .pdf" button the following message arises
