I purchased the reader DC because it offered the ability to save to a jpeg or png file.

I was able to do it several days ago and now I am not getting that option anymore.  I also need to export individual pages as jpegs.

Help - need help asap

      Hi,

      Acrobat Reader does not support conversion of pdfs to png/jpeg formats.

      You can use the online service https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  to do so.

      Reader is free. What exactly did you purchase? If it was a subscription to the Export PDF service, you can use it from here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
