PDF to word
I just placed an order for the Ability to export a pdf to a word document and I accidentally typed in the wrong email address so I never received verification, but my card was charged. I need to cancel this order

As mentioned above that the email you have entered is incorrect, so the order got registered to an email address that doesn't exist.
In this scenario you need to get in touch with our support team via chat and they will help you cancelling the order placed incorrectly.
