PDF to word conversion

Hi, I have the Adobe Export PDF, Annual‎ package which I use constantly to convert PDF's to Word documents and in the last as soon as I begin the process, I get an error message.   My account is up to date and not due again till August 2017.  I use Windows 7.

Any thoughts would be appreciated....Thankyou

    What version of Reader do you have?

    Can you go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ , log in and convert that way?

    this is the version of reader I have..."C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe"

    I took your advice and was able to convert using the above link...thank you so much for that suggestion.Saved the day!

    And that error message would be?

    Hi, the file tries to convert, spins a couple of times as tho conversion is taking place, then says " an error occurred while trying to access this service"

    What version of Reader do you have?

    Can you go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ , log in and convert that way?
