PDF viewing error

Hi All,

I have a staff member that gets an intermittent issue when viewing pdfs.  Its so odd that I don't even know what to search online.  I decided to post to the community.  File attached.

 

Anyone seen this or have thoughts?

This looks like an error in a browser window. Can you post a full-window version, please?
