PDF with 3D contents using acrobat reader version 20.004.30006

Hello community / support,

if I open 3D-pdfs like the attached one using Acrobat reader Acrobat Reader version 20.004.30006 it doesn't work 100% (only rotate/zoom, but not the menue on the right).
Before (using Acrobat Reader version 20.004.30005) it worked 100%.

In both cases, the option "enable playing of 3D content" is set to active under preferences menue.

If I open the same attached 3D pdf mentioned above using Adobe Acrobat X Pro v10.1.16 it works 100%.

Why doesn't the 3D pdf work 100% when using Acrobat Reader v20.004.30006?

My laptop is HP Zbook 15 G4, OS is Win 10 1809.
