PDF with drop down boxes

Hi, I have received a PDF that has drop down boxes and I have Adobe Acrobatic Reader DC. However, I am unable to open these drop down boxes. What do I need to do to solve this problem?

It may be that you received a "flat" copy of the form which only shows the layout of the form but doesn't contain any interacitity anymore. Do you see the typical button on the right side of the drop down? Do other forms work?

Oh, it is a questionnaire. Police Check. Tab or button that you press and a box drops down and there are several options, one of which you select.

Do you have problems with dropdowns in other forms, or just this one? It's possible that there are no entries in the dropdown.

What do you mean by " unable to open these drop down boxes"?

Normally just click on it to scroll down the items.

I was sent DBS to complete in PDF format. Tried many times to click on the tab but the tab would not open. Any other suggestions?
