PDF won't open from word doc - Help please

Hi all 👍

We have had a loan application approved for the business (CBILS) this week and they have sent us a word document with 2 embedded PDFs on there. 

On opening the word doc the PDF seems to have come through as an image. I can't do anything with it. Cant download it, drag it as a pdf, right click as it is just an image. 

The bank are saying that I need to look into TLS but as a bit of a noob i've googled it and honestly have no clue what to do. TLS is enable in apple mail and I still can;t do anything with it. 

I've posted this in other forums such as MS and Apple but coming up with no answers and without these docs i can't draw down the money so i'm getting a little stressed 😩 

I'm hoping someone here could be a legend and help me.
