PDFs FROM EMAILS - NOT AVAILABLE ON M1 MACBOOK PRO RUNNING VENTURA

Both on my Iphone and Ipad, i have an option to see every PDF file attached to my microsoft 365 email account, by clicking on the Adobe Acrobat Reader option ´PDFs FROM E-MAILS´. However, I cannot find that same option on my M1 MACBOOK PRO running Ventura OS. Is anybody else having the same issue and did you find a solution that you can share with me. By the way AAR is my default software for opening all PDF attachments. See screen shots, to see what I mean.

 

Here´s hoping somebody can help please!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

 

The feature that you are referring to, is specific to the mobile application and not available on the desktop version.

 

What we'd suggest you is to fill the feedback form. Filling the form would ensure your feedback reaches to the product team for them to look into the feedback and try to implement them in the upcoming updates: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/
