PDFs showing gradient objects from PowerPoint in full saturation

Hi, 

Until some week ago it was perfectly possible in Acrobat Reader DC to convert a PowerPoint containing gradient objects to show exactly like that, i.e. the slides including gradients. For some reason, these gradient objects now show in full saturation, thus covering the image on the slides. What setting do I have to adjust to solve this? Please see slide #5 in the attached deck.
