Periodic request to sign into Adobe Acrobat Reader

Question

Why am I being asked periodically to sign into Adobe Acrobat Reader? In the last 4 months or so, I've had to sign in three times and I just now signed in again. This is annoying! I've been using AAR since 2019 and it's never been an issue until most recently. Please advise. Thank you in advance for your help. -- Connie

Hello Jan,

Thank you for replying to my email address. I tried the link you provided and logging into Adobe Community, clicking "My Profile", and "Subscriptions and Notifications" tabs, but was not successful. Unless the format has changed, I could not find these exact tabs that you indicated. Any other suggestions?
