Pictures shown in pdf on windows not in ios

When I open a specific pdf-file on my mac/ipad some pictures are not shown that do appear when I open the same pdf on a windows-pc. Very strange. I downloaded Adobe but that did not help.

Any tips?

Did you try to email the screen shots? You can't. Well, you can, but we won't see them.

Attached the 2 pages with missing pictures. If you compare them with the winows version you will see missing logo's of companies on page 3 and a missing foto of a professor and a missing picture on the right side of that page.

Thanks. I assume that's a Mac screen shot, not iOS. I see the right hand photo is missing. Please can you share a screen shot with the entire app open, menu bar shown and the ABOUT box also visible showing the version installed.

Thanks. I see icons on page 3, a logo on every page and two photos on page 4, on Windows and on iOS. So I cannot find a difference. Often this is just because the creator is more observant. But it may also be that they have a fault that we don't share.

Perhaps a screen shot showing a page with the graphics and the same page without the graphics. Ideally, also showing the running app windows/menus if any. You cannot email them but you can come back to the forum to post them.

Are you able to share the file publicly? If so, please post a link, someone may want to test the file. (Cannot attach to forum or email).

There is also an Acrobat Reader app for iPad. Different features, but also worth a try. You have to send files to it.

I tried to open with Reader but get the same result…

Also no differences on my iPad. The problem still exists.

On Mac, can you check you are opening it in Reader? The default is Preview. Check the menu bar to see which. Don't expect much if you're just viewing in a browser.

I also installed Adobe Reader and opened the file with that program. Still missing pictures whereas in Windows all pictures are shown.
