PitStop Pro Not Loading

I am having trouble loading PitStop Pro on Acrobat DC. I had it on my older version of Acrobat but not doesn't seem to want to show up as a tool. Please help.

    Depends which version of PitStop you have. If you are using the latest Acrobat you will need the latest PitStop version, PitStop 2018.

    Pre-Acrobat DC versions don't work due to the new interface and others changes Adobe made.

    If you are on a Mac then you need PitStop to be 64-bit as well.

    Pitstop is for Acrobat, not for Acrobat Reader. And of course you’ll need an update for DC. Apart from that please contact Enfocus.
