Playing 3D in Adobe Acrobat X Pro

Dear all,

I use Adobe Acrobat X pro, but I cannot view 3D file. When I go to Edit --> Preference --> 3D & Multimedia, I cannot find Enable playing of 3D content.

So the Acrobat X Pro doesn''t support view 3D file?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, you are not able to play the 3D content using Adobe Acrobat X

 

Adobe Acrobat X is an old application and no longer supported. The download and security patches are no longer available. However, you may try the steps provided in the help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/enable-3d-content-pdf.html)
Note: The above suggested steps may or may not work on Adobe Acrobat X.
