Playing animation in pdf3D

Hi, I encounter a problem with the play animation button in acrobat reader DC

The flying button appears when I open my pdf3D file. The animation plays once and then stops. But then the flying play button disappears and I just can't play the animation any more. The other play button in the menu bar stays grey and I can't click on it.

I've made the pdf3D with simlab composer and it works once !

But for some reason it doesn't works any more when I update my file and export it with the same options to a 3D pdf file.

Hope my english is understandable for you can find me a solution to this problem.
