Please Cancel My plan and do NOT try to charge me any cancellation fee
Hi, I would like to cancel my account and I do not believe you should charge me a fee for cancelling.
Your product is not giving me the quality of service I expected to receive when I signed up.
Each time I try to use the product it sends me to a Free Trial page and takes me through a time-wasting and frustrating process that costs me focus on my work.
This is the second time I am complaining about this.
I am surprised that a company of the calibre of Adobe should have such a lousy log-in process. Each time you want to use the product to Edit or Convert PDFs send me to a Free Trial Page and asks me to go through a new Free Trial subscription, then after I get to sign in, it repeats the same thing.
I have not bee able to use the product more than twice in the 2 months I have paid subscriptions, yet I work with PDF format files every day. This is simply unacceptable!
