Please help. Acrobat/Reader will not open PDFs on the internet.

I get an error saying reinstall or repair 15:524.  But it won't let me uninstall it.  Says feature is on a network resource that is unavailable. I tried everything in your forum and nothing worked.  I used chat- the technician took remote control of my computer but was also unable to fix the problem and told me to try this forum.

Please help. It's made my computer unusable for work.
