Please help me! Adobe Reader DC doesn't open --> macOS Sierra

I cannot open the Adobe Reader. I uninstalled it and then installed it again but it still isn't working. What to do? I'm using macOS Sierra.

    Sorry for taking so long in responding to your query.

    As per above- mentioned description, Adobe Reader doesn't open on macOS Sierra, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in this link at post# 19 by Ayush: Can't open pdf on Mac 

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, try the steps given here: See how to troubleshoot problems opening PDF files and other PDF related issues and here: Can't open pdf files on a Mac

    Also, let us know the dot version of Reader you have on the machine. You may refer to this link on how to: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
