Please help PDF quality for analysts

Good day, can you please assist us, we would like to create high quality PDF's from word/power-point as our analysts write huge reports that are full of charts from a variety of platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters and Excel). We are currently using the function from word/power-point to convert to PDF's but the quality really deteriorates and the size balloons. Can you please we software from ADOBE and the technique involved please. Thank you

    Have you tried using Acrobat Pro Dc already?

    If you have to go for bulk processing you may look for AEM PDF Generator: AEM forms * Working with PDF Generator
