Ploter can't detect the whole document

I have an issue with some PDF documents. They are supposed to be in A0 size but my ploter can't detect the whole documents.

The documents is labeled as "1 page" but you can see that there are more pages that the printer can't detect. What is this format ?

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

Please try selecting the radio button for "Fit" under Page Sizing & Handling in the print window. Then try printing the PDF.

Check if that helps.
