PLUG-IN FAILURE IN SAFARI Version 11.1.2 (13605.3.8) PRO OS MAC HIGH SIERRA 10.13.6

I use Adobe Acrobat reader DC and when I go to print a PDF OR ANY DOCUMENT I WILL HIT PRINT  I will get a Black screen with the "PLUG-IN ERROR"

I HAVE HAD THIS MAC BOOK PRO IN DECEMBER AND HAS ALWAYS DONE THIS.

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE?

    Hello Donna,

    We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Please sign out from Adobe Reader, reboot the computer. Launch Adobe Reader back and sign in, then check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.

    Are you opening and printing the PDF through Adobe Reader application or through a browser? Open the PDF with Adobe Reader and try to print it.

    Are you trying to print the PDF through Safari and getting this error message? If yes, please refer to the Adobe article and try the suggestion Troubleshoot Acrobat or Reader plug-in issues in Safari on Mac OS

    If the issue still persists, use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
