Pop up box in forms
I've created a form in the correct transition mode, however when I enter the information into the first box a pop up box appears that is not linked to the User ID box, how do I repair this issue?

No it is just a box put an Id number that consist of 8 numbers...for some reason it attaches to the box that is a calculation box
Change the format of the field to "None".
