Is there a way to not have pop-up notes with pencil markings instead of closing them? Is there a way to not have pop-up boxes with the pencil tool in the first place?

    Hi williams,

    As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to disable the pop-up when highlighting the text on a pdf, is that correct?
