pop-up window

Every time i click the link two windows showing the PDF open, how do i make that browser window not open when i click the link?

also, what is that window if not a pop-up?

when it's not a PDF file, the link just break.

i noticed some people have the same problem. In my case, i fixed it by just not clicking the link, clicking the PDF icon instead.
