Pop up won't close

Everytime I open Adove Acrobat Reader DC a pop up takes over the screen. It wont allow me to close it, or to click continue or anything on the pop up. The only thing I can do is quit the application all together. Screenshot attached. I have un-installed and re-installed but it is still happening. Any help would be appreciated!

    The absolute worst experience ever. How can you thibk of building a popup without any working button in it? Not even command+Q closes it. 
    You deserve 0 user trust, which you might probably already have...

    It is illegal for any company to not add a close butonon a popup. I will bring this matter up too later with the right aurhtorities.
