Popup annotation truncated

Hi,

How does Acrobat Reader's logic for truncation of pop up work? Sometimes, it truncates my pop up; sometimes it does not (The ellipsis appears when pop up is truncated as seen in screenshot below). It seems to be dependent on the number of characters of the last line, but I'm not sure. Is there a way to make Acrobat Reader avoid doing this?
