Possible to show Certifacate tool bar permanently?

We use the Certificate Tool often to e-sign a document. Each time, it's many clicks to locate the Certifiacte Tool option, click, then click the Digitally sign icon, then draw a box, then enter password for e-signature.

Is there any way to have the Certificate Tool permanently opened in the tool bar? Would save so many steps navigating each time just to open the Certifcate tool.Thank you.
