Prefill button not working in pdf file

Hi,

I am filling the PDF form in MCA poratl where the prefill buttton not working, could you please help me on this

try and download the E-form CHG-1 from http://www.mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/companyformsdownload.html

Please put the said CIN "U74900UP2007PLC069247" in 1(a) and try hitting the Pre-fill button. In my case with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, the form does not get pre-filled. Following is the error :

GeneralError: Operation failed.
