I purchased the premium version and could not do some of the things I wanted to. So I cancelled my subscription. I paid $104 for a year. So I had it for a few days and now I don't have premium anymore but am out of pocket. Do I get a refund? Or at least get to keep the Premium service for the year?

There is a penalty for cancelling an annual-paid-monthly plan, but I think an annual plan just ends, with no payments to you and no refund, if you cancel it early. You could have kept it for a year, but you cancelled it ...
