Prendre un instantané

Après avoir téléchargé acrobat reader DC, je n'ai plus accès à la fonction "prendre un instantané" sous "Edition". Qqn aurait-il l'amabilité de m'aider à restaurer cette fonction?

      Hi Cm,

      If we get it clearly, since you have downloaded t he Acrobat Reader DC you have lost the "Take a snapshot" option?

      This shouldn't be happen as this option still exist even with the latest updated version. 

      Hope you are opening the PDF file in the desktop application, not in the web browser?

      You may check the following help doc for detailed steps- Copy content from PDFs, Adobe Reader

      If it's still doesn't help then, you may uninstall and reinstall the application using cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

      and download it through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

      Let us know if that doesn't help.

      Hello,

       

      I have the same issue, "snapshop" does not work,

      - I tried to repair from the app, did not work, then

      - I try to download with your link above, snapshop still does not work (win10/64)

      I found "take a snapshot" under Edit/Other and here it is!
