Are the file(s) you are trying to edit in Acrobat Web scanned PDF documents or regular text-based documents? If the situation is unrelated to the cases I discussed, is it always taking a long time to load? Could you please share a video of the issue? We will discuss this with the product team.
In the meantime, you are already working on installing Acrobat on your machine. Let us know if you need any further assistance. I think @creative explorer, has made it very clear how to install Acrobat.

Hello! I was able to successfully download the desktop version, and also now the pdf loads quickly on the website version thankfully. I think the issue was since I didn't have premium, it would take much longer to load. Appreciate you for reaching out to help!
