Preview size stuck in A4 format with my plotter

Hi everyone,
When I want to print a PDF plan on my Designjet T7200 plotter, the preview remains stuck on A4 format while the plan is at least A0.
If I check "Choose paper source by PDF page sisize" doesn't work.
I disabled enhanced protection as well.

I have installed/uninstalled the application several times without success.
I don't know what to do.
I'm on Windows 10 21h2 with Acrobat Reader DC 2021.011.20039
