Print dialogue Box is not opening in Adobe

While try to print documents from Adobe reader/ Adobe Professional DC , Nothing happens and the print dialogue box is not opening.Issue is found in different pc's. For reader we are able to solve the issue by Updating the Software to latest version. but for professional Licensed Software even after reinstalling / updating the software issue still persists.
