Print from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Good afternoon!

When working with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC product, I had problems printing .pdf files. When you first enter the application, the checkmark "select paper source by page size PDF" is active
With an active checkmark, it automatically changes the paper settings to 11 * 8 and the printer refuses to print, we have a massive problem with the enterprise. Is it possible to centralize (by politics) or in what other ways to deactivate this checkmark?

In the meanwhile, these are some ideas you can try as well:

1) Read these links first:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/known-issues-acrobat-xi-reader.html

In your Adobe Acrobat Reader -->default Printer Properties---> "Printer Settings" ab

2) Go to Windows Settings---> Manage your device

3) Run the troubleshooter to get more insights about the printing issue:

4) Compare if the current printer driver listed in the details is indeed the most current driver tha should be installed in your organization

Hi,

Can you please share a screenshot of the problem?

Also, can you verify if this problem started happening after an update of your operating system?

Please indicate what operating system are you using, and what Reader version is installed, to include printer model and brand
