Question

Print settings don't match paper size

Hello,

I'm trying to print a document in booklet format on legal sized paper. In the past, this has always worked easily by selecting my printer and selecting "properties --> [legal paper tray] --> advanced --> Paper size: Legal." The print preview would then adjust from the default letter size to legal and the booklet printing worked easily. The past two times I've tried to print, that setting does NOT correct the print preview to legal size paper rather than letter, and the booklet prints at a completely bizarre scale and layout. I have also tried to adjust the paper size in the "page setup" menu but that is already set to legal. Changing it from letter back to legal does not fix the issue.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

@archer_9965 Did you try to see if the printer has an updated printer driver, firmware or patch? did you recently do a software update?

Please try once the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4rINi9P. Ensure that the printer driver is up to date. Also, check the printer settings once.
