print to 24 x 36

I need to print a document that is 24 x 36.  The program recognizes it as 24 x 36 but it wants me to print it in 8.5 x 11 sheets.

    Can the printer print on 24 x 36 paper?

      Hi Blayne

       

      We are sorry for the trouble. As described, the program recognizes it as 24 x 36 but it wants to print it in 8.5 x 11

      sheets.

       

      It seems like you have selected the option 'Size' please select 'Poster ' under 'Page size and handling' and see if that works for you.
