Question

Print to pdf Mac Monterrey

Hi @antonio_1515

I hope this message finds you well, and thank you for reaching out to us!

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader application, you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 24.03.20.112. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

I wanted to clarify that the Adobe PDF printer feature is not available on macOS, you can still easily save files as PDFs using the Save As Adobe PDF option within Adobe Acrobat. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open the desired file in any application on your Mac.
  2. From the print dialogue, click the PDF button located at the bottom left corner.
  3. Select Save As Adobe PDF from the dropdown options.
  4. You will then be prompted to configure your Adobe PDF settings. Adjust them as needed and click Continue.
  5. Finally, enter a name for your file and choose a location to save it.

For further details and step-by-step instructions, you can refer to the official guide here.

I hope this helps! Should you have any additional questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
