print without fillable fields

I am a teacher and until recently printed my online textbook PDFs as student worksheets with lines instead of fillable fields. 

Now I can only downland/open them with fillable fields. If I print them, no lines show up, only blank areas where the lines should be.

Help, I need to photocopy worksheets with lines!

It's not possible to print the file without the contents of the fields, unless you edit the fields to be viewable only on the screen and not on the printed page, but that can't be done with the free Reader.
