Printed document different from document on screen

I am trying to print a form from Acrobat Reader DC to an HP printer. It consistently prints only part of the form, leaving a large margin at the top and cutting off the form at the bottom. I have tried printing it as an image. I have tried going to Preflight to check for problems, but the website just tells me I need to purchase an app. I already purchased an Adobe app to convert PDF to DOC and it has never worked. How can I fix this print - it is an important, time-sensitive document.
