My hp deskjet 3636 printer is not accepted by acrobat reader... But other readers work properly

Hi there

 

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, hp deskjet 3636 printer is not accepted by Acrobat Reader

 

We need more ifnormation for a better understanding:

 

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDF?

 

Do you get any error messgae while printing the PDF file? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same.

 

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and amke sure you have the latest version 20.009.20074 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
