    Hello Deloresj,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once and then try the suggestion from the following Adobe help article Application unable to Start correctly 0xc0000022 || 0x00000022

    If you still experience any issue, please scan the computer using a security software. Check for any pending updates of Windows as well from Control Panel(assuming you are on Windows machine). Reboot the computer after installing any updates.

    Make sure that you have the latest printer driver/firmware installed.

    If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
