Printing a PDF at "Actual Size" prints smaller than the true size

Hi, I'm trying to print a document that has a 10x10cm test square. When I select print to "Actual Size", the printed square measures 9.7cm x 9.7cm.  I am using  Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.005.20060 64-bit on Windows 10.

Printing the document at actual size using Adobe Acrobat Reader on a Mac gives the 10 x 10 square as expected.

Are there are setting other than "Actual Size" that need to be changed?

It may be that the printer itself, or the printer driver options, have a scaling ability.

Or it may be that printer is not very accurate in its sizing. Are you able to print at exact size from any other app in Windows?
