Not able to print Acrobat reader document downloaded legally. Message: This document has a password. Where do I find the password? and where do I write it?

    Hi Geir,

    Per the message that you are getting it seems the document is locked for printing. The creator has the password for the file.

    To check for security permissions. Open file in Reader, Click File>Properties> Security tab. You should be able to see allowed operations on the files.
