Printing as Poster on Adobe Acrobat Reader

I recently updated my Macbook Air to Sonoma 14.1.2 and now I can no longer print on Adobe as a POSTER. This option is completely greyed out. I also cannot uncheck 'print as image' as that is also greyed out. I am a teacher and an artist, so I used this feature all the time. I have read other discussions and tried everything suggested. I have also tried getting in contact with an agent, with no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.
