I am trying to print and the background prints black just fine, however, the text I input is printing blue? Every other program I print from, is printing black font. The only program I'm having trouble with is Adobe Reader.

Please help!

    Hello Stephaniej,

We're sorry for the trouble you had while printing the PDF, please navigate to Adobe Reader's Preferences once from Edit>Preferences>Accessibility>Document Colors Options and check the settings and Document Text.

Also, try printing the PDF as Print as an Image and see if this brings any difference. Print PDF as image | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Navigate to Advanced Print Setup from the Print Dialog box, and under Color Management>Choose "Let printer determine colors".

Is it specific to one PDF or with all the PDF files? have you tried printing any other PDF?

What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.

Also, install the latest driver and firmware of the printer installed? What is the make and model of the printer?

is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of OS installed?

let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
