Printing issues

Wondering if anyone has an answer or a quick fix - i can't seem to get my computers to print off of the web based adobe reader in chrome. The computers are part of a domain so there's a finite amount of options I have to make changes. It seems as though the issue is page length, as smaller pdfs seem to print perfectly fine directly from chrome, but larger ones require the file to be downloaded and printed from the desktop application. Any information helps
