Printing multi format don't work

Hello to the community,

I'm not sure you can help me, but you never know.

We receive PDF documents which contain A4 pages as well as A3 pages.
It seems to be impossible to print on our printer with the correct page format, however the option is checked "choose the paper source according to the format of the PDF page"

It works smoothly with PDF-Xchange viewer...

Is this an Adobe Reader bug ?

I have same problem. I cannot print A3 and A4 in multi format.

Does anyone knows how to prepare files for multi printing in Adobe?
