Printing on both side without the first white page

How can I print on both side without having the white first page (as "cover")?

In the print dialog you can specify the page range.

It doesn't works for multiple pages per side:

0 pages in the first side (first sheet)

1-6 pages in the second side (first sheet)

7-12 pages in the first side (second sheet)

13-18 pages in the second side (second sheet)

...

I mean i don't won't a white cover in the first side of the first sheet or turn the sheet to have first side printed and the second not.

My priority is printing normally from the first side to the last as a normal simple brochure.. this is crazy!
