Since upgrading to MAC Catalina 10.15.1, I have been unable to print Adobe PDF files on my HP Envy 4500 printer.

Any solutions?

Hi,

Have you also try updating the printer driver by downloading from the device manufacturer's support website?

See first if by also updating the firmware and installing the full feature software plus driver resolves the issue:

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.hpsupport-drivers.com/hp-envy-4500-driver/amp/

You can also try and see if by reinstalling CUPS do the trick as well. Here is some guidance on how to do it using linux, but is very straight forward and similar to your macOS:

https://askubuntu.com/questions/615702/connection-to-hp-envy-4500-wireless-printer-failed-after-upgrade-14-10-15-04

And recheck your hardware requirements:

If all fail, consider disabling the creative cloud desktop app and reinstall Acrobat using the full offline installer instead.

You can get it from here:
