Printing PDF document that has pages with mixed Orientation

Hi,

I am using Open Source library PDFBox to create PDF Document. In my document I have few pages in portrait orientation and a few in landscape orientation. Is there a setting available on PDF document that when it is sent to printer, it always prints my document in duplex/2-sided and binding is always on the long edge, regardless of the orientation?
